It’s almost race day — and we need YOU to help make this 5K Run & Community Event unforgettable. This is more than a run. It’s community. It’s impact. It’s serving with excellence and creating an experience families will remember on June 6th.
The race will begin at 8:00 AM and will conclude approximately two hours later at 10:00 AM. Immediately following the 5K, we will transition into our Community Event, which will continue until 2:00 PM as part of our 50th Anniversary celebration.
We are asking our Breakdown Crew to remain from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM to help restore the campus and secure all equipment so we can close the day strong.
Arrival Times
If you are serving during the first shift, your arrival time is 6:00 AM. We need you early, focused, and energized to help set the tone before participants and families arrive.

Breakdown Crew
- Tear down efficiently so the campus is restored well and the equipment is secured.
Hospitality + Floaters
- Keep volunteers supported and fill gaps so nothing stalls.
Kids Support Team (Background Check Required)
- Provide a safe, organized, and joyful experience for children/youth areas connected to the event.
Kingdom Servant Check-in - Launch volunteers well so every team is staffed, informed, and confident.
Participant Check-in- Welcome runners and families, keep the starting area organized, and help the day begin smoothly.
Set-Up Crew- Establish the event environment before guests arrive (efficient, safe, on time).
Water Station
- Encourage participants on the route and provide safe hydration support.
